Order Cancellation:

  • You have the flexibility to cancel your order until it reaches the processing stage. Please note that a 10% deduction will be applied due to payment gateway charges upon cancellation. If it is COD then advance 200 paid will not be refunded .
  • Once your order is processed, cancellation is no longer possible. Similarly, once the packaging and shipping process commences, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated.
  • For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, if you decline the parcel or if it is returned by the courier for any reason refund will not be applied.
  • Only 7A Shoes / products are packaged with brand boxes.
  • Our standard handling time is 24-48 hours, and you can expect to receive courier details within 72 hours. The final delivery is typically completed within 4-5 days and it totally depends upon location ( You can contact us if you want expedite delivery.

Refunds:

We prioritize your satisfaction, and therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products under the following circumstances:

  • Non-receipt of products within the guaranteed time frame (15 days, excluding 1-2 day processing).
  • Receipt of the wrong size (exchange if available or other product) or a defective/damaged product. For defective/damaged items, a parcel opening video (full opening video without cut and pause) must be provided for a replacement.( For size exchange if you order size 7 and want 6 and option available on website for size then exchange otherwise no exchange or return similar UK 10 ordered and want uk 11 if option available on website then exchange otherwise no exchange / return / refund.
  • Defects such as cuts or major damage in products will be addressed, while issues related to de-shaping during transit will not be entertained. Minor glue and finishing issues are not eligible for replacement as these are considered copies.
  • If you mistakenly ordered the wrong size and need a size exchange, you may do so by sending product at physical address and once delivered we will reship it but you need to pay 100 rupees courier charges to us. ( If size is available on website).
  • Please note that no refund or exchange is applicable if you simply dislike the shoe, as all shoes come with accompanying videos.
  • Electronics are exempt from return and refund policies.

Refunds and returns will not be processed under the following conditions:

  • Failure to provide an unboxing video for the received product.
  • No return or refunds are available for lower then 7a quality, as these are locally made affordable options.
  • Non-receipt of an order due to factors within your control (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address or courier delays).
  • Non-receipt of an order due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., delays attributed to courier services).
